Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over R500 within South Africa. For orders under R500, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied.

Estimated Delivery Time:

3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding our services to customers outside South Africa in the near future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@perfumearts.co.za with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
