⁠How does it work?

We set up a beautiful Perfume Bar at your event where guests can explore a curated range of luxury fragrances. With the guidance of our fragrance experts, guests test the different scents, select their favourite, and watch as our team professionally bottles it with a personalized label. The process is seamless, elegant, and ensures every guest leaves with a unique keepsake.

What sizes are the perfumes?

Our standard event bottle is a 15ml glass bottle, which offers the perfect balance of luxury and convenience. If you’d prefer a different size, we can tailor bottles to meet your specific requirements.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We cater to both small private gatherings and large corporate functions. To ensure the service is efficient and enjoyable, we do require a minimum of 50 guests (or 50 perfume units dispensed) per event. From there, we can scale up to accommodate hundreds of attendees.

Do guests really get to make their own fragrance?

Guests don’t mix or blend perfumes themselves. Perfume formulation is a precise process that requires time, accuracy, and balance, so we pre-blend all fragrance options in advance of your event. At the Perfume Bar, guests sample the pre-crafted fragrances, choose the one they love, and our team bottles and personalizes it for them on the spot.

⁠How long does the Perfume Bar stay open at an event?

The service typically runs for 2–4 hours, depending on your package and guest count. We’ll plan the timing with you to make sure every guest has the opportunity to experience the Perfume Bar without feeling rushed.

What is included in the package?

Our packages are designed to be all-inclusive, so you don’t have to worry about the details. Each package includes:

  • A fully equipped Perfume Bar setup (fragrances, bottles, tools, labels)
  • Professional staff to guide guests and prepare each perfume
  • Customizable labels and event backdrop styled to suit your event theme
  • Full setup before the event, attentive service during the event, and professional breakdown afterwards

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event, especially for weddings and corporate functions, to secure your date and allow time for customization. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
